1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds for the one-time registration fee are available under the following conditions:
1.1. Cancellation within 14 Days
If you decide to cancel your registration within 14 days of your initial payment and have not created or completed your profile, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, contact our support team at info@shadinikah.com within the 14-day period. Refund requests made after 14 days from the initial payment will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial registration fee. Please allow minimum of 14 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
